Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid Plus and Premium subscriptions for the Phishport Outlook Addon and Gmail Addon that are purchased through Paddle-hosted checkout.
Who Handles Billing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders. Purchases are made from Paddle, and Paddle handles payment processing and refunds in accordance with their Buyer Terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. You can cancel through the Buyer portal linked in your Paddle subscription confirmation email, or by contacting Paddle directly.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle under their Buyer Terms. If the product is not delivered or made available to you due to a technical failure on our part, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund of the relevant charges.
EU/EEA and UK consumers: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason within 14 days of completing your transaction and receive a full refund, unless you started using the service during that 14-day period having agreed at checkout for us to make it available before the withdrawal period ended.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary, so the posted reversal may appear a few business days after the refund is issued.
