By installing or using the Phishport Outlook Addon or Gmail Addon, the user agrees to use the service only for lawful email-security and phishing-review purposes.

Operator

Phishport is operated by Finterai AS, organisation number 827903752, Norway. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Finterai AS.

License

Finterai AS grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Phishport Outlook Addon, Gmail Addon, and related service solely for internal email-security and phishing-review workflows during the active subscription or included-plan term.

Restrictions

Do not use the service to analyze data you are not authorized to access.
Do not interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the service or addon package.
Do not use the Phishport Outlook Addon or Gmail Addon to send abusive, unlawful, or harmful content through Phishport systems.

Service Limits

Included and paid plans may be limited by quota, service availability, or anti-abuse controls. Finterai AS may suspend access if those controls are exceeded or if misuse is detected.

Billing and Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Ltd. is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid subscriptions for the Outlook Addon and Gmail Addon are processed through Paddle-hosted checkout and governed by the published refund policy.
